Payment Policy

1. Custom Personalized Proposals

Because every business possesses unique operational and creative needs, I do not utilize a generic pricing structure. Following our initial discovery consultation, you will receive a detailed, personalized proposal tailored specifically to the scope of your project, required deliverables, and estimated timelines.

2. Service Retainers and Invoicing

To ensure dedicated availability for your projects, the following billing structures apply based on the agreed upon scope of work:

Monthly Retainer Agreements: For ongoing support (such as continuous social media management or routine copywriting), clients are billed monthly in advance. Payment must be received prior to the start of the billing cycle to guarantee service delivery for that month.
Project-Based Agreements: For one-time initiatives (such as a specific content creation package or website copy overhaul), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any creative work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon final project approval and prior to the delivery of completed digital assets.

3. Payment Methods and Terms

Accepted Payments: All payments are processed securely through electronic bank transfer (ACH) or major credit cards via my digital invoicing platform.
Due Upon Receipt: All standard invoices are due upon receipt unless a separate written timeline is explicitly outlined in your personalized service agreement.

4. Late Payments and Work Suspension

Timely payments ensure that your projects remain on schedule.

A grace period of five business days is granted from the invoice date.
If payment is not received within seven business days, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice balance will be applied.
I reserve the right to suspend all active creative work, content scheduling, and project management if an invoice remains unpaid past seven business days. Work will resume promptly once the outstanding balance and any associated late fees are paid in full.
