1. Financial Policy: To confirm your dates and ensure specialized attention for your animals, payment is required in full prior to the first visit of the scheduled period.

2. Appointment Modifications & Late Fees: When you schedule a service, your specific dates are locked in, and other pets are declined. Due to this high demand, the following policy is in effect: Changes made 14 days or more before the first day: No penalty will apply. Changes made within the 14-day window: You will be billed for 50% of the total scheduled visit.

3. Unscheduled Service Disruptions: In the unlikely event that I cannot complete the agreed-upon tasks, a timely credit will be provided, or payment to a substitute caregiver of which you approve. This reimbursement is distributed based on the number of days service is not provided.
